The Thesis

The world has run out of places to put compute. Africa has not.

Hyperscale demand is colliding with a global power ceiling. Virginia, Frankfurt and Singapore have run out of headroom. What is scarce is not silicon — it is power, land, and sovereign-grade connectivity in the same place at the same time.

InfraNovaGlobal exists to assemble those three inputs into deliverable, financeable infrastructure. We do not wait for the grid. We build generation, we build the fiber that binds it, and we govern each vertical as a separate, independently financeable vehicle so that capital can be deployed with precision and without contamination between risks.

Terrestrial fiber binding the continent's major markets, anchored by three hyperscale data center campuses — Cato Ridge (KZN), Colesberg (South Africa) and Kazungula (Botswana) — designed for hyperscaler anchor tenancy, sovereign data governance, and behind-the-fence power independence.

Campus capacity is phased over 5–7 years toward 100 MW of critical load, beginning with a core pod and regional edge presence, expanding into multi-availability-zone AI and machine-learning workloads.

Ressano Garcia 120 MW Gas-to-Power

Stage 1 of a planned 770 MW Mozambican independent power platform, sited at one of sub-Saharan Africa's most de-risked energy nodes — with established gas supply, precedent power purchase agreements at the same node, and dual-market offtake into both the domestic grid and regional export.

Followed by Dondo (450 MW) and Beira (200 MW). Separately, InfraNovaEnergy is pursuing a joint venture to secure rights over specified Mozambican gas blocks, and is seeking an appropriate mid- and upstream partner.
