Operating telecommunications capability. Founded in 2009 with operating companies across Southern and East Africa, Moya holds capacity rights on multiple submarine cable systems and African terrestrial fiber routes, and brings consortium standing to the digital vertical.

He serves on the Management Committee of the Africa Coast to Europe (ACE) submarine cable consortium, working across multilateral negotiations involving more than twenty telecommunications operators and governments.
Previously Managing Director of Smile Communications in Kampala, where he led the build and launch of Africa's first WiMAX/LTE network offering integrated voice and internet services, and earlier Vice President, Strategy and Development at Cox Communications in Atlanta. He holds a Juris Doctor.
