InfraMoyaGlobal, the group's digital vehicle, is held in equal parts by InfraNovaGlobal and Moya Networks. Each shareholder contributes a distinct capability — InfraNovaGlobal originates, structures and finances; Moya Networks brings operating telecommunications assets, consortium standing and network experience. The leadership below is set out by shareholder.
Origination, structuring and capital. InfraNovaGlobal develops and packages the group's infrastructure opportunities, and holds the power vertical directly through InfraNovaEnergy.

Group Executive Chairman & Visionary Architect, InfraNovaGlobal
A veteran entrepreneur and systems thinker with a career spanning more than five decades, across consumer products, early machine-learning enterprise systems, commodities trading, renewable energy and infrastructure development.
His work centers on synthesizing complex technical, operational and financial systems into clear, modular frameworks that institutions can underwrite. He is the architect of InfraNovaGlobal's continental expansion strategy and its ring-fenced vertical structure.

Executive Director, Office of the Group Executive Chairman
A track record in global business development, strategic partnerships and operational execution across multiple industries and international markets, spanning development program structuring and cross-border growth initiatives.
He is responsible for ensuring the group's development engine remains synchronized with its long-term structural architecture.

Development Lead, InfraNovaEnergy
Founder Director and Chief Executive of Land Energy Solutions, joint shareholder in InfraNovaGlobal. A registered professional architect and project executive, with a background spanning development management, property and development rights, and feasibility work across renewable energy and large-scale mixed-use projects.
He serves as Development Manager and Corporate Management Committee Chair for the Ressano Garcia gas-to-power facility, carrying responsibility for host-government and utility engagement, the fuel chain, and the path to financial close.
Operating telecommunications capability. Founded in 2009 with operating companies across Southern and East Africa, Moya holds capacity rights on multiple submarine cable systems and African terrestrial fiber routes, and brings consortium standing to the digital vertical.

Group President & Chief Executive Officer, InfraMoyaGlobal and Moya Networks
A leader in global telecommunications since 1990, with executive roles across Africa, the Americas, Europe and Asia. He serves on the Management Committee of the Africa Coast to Europe (ACE) submarine cable consortium, working across multilateral negotiations involving more than twenty telecommunications operators and governments.
Previously Managing Director of Smile Communications in Kampala, where he led the build and launch of Africa's first WiMAX/LTE network offering integrated voice and internet services, and earlier Vice President, Strategy and Development at Cox Communications in Atlanta. He holds a Juris Doctor.
